I used to always shop here until the lockdown, life was stressful enough without the attitude from staff members. I shopped here weekly for many years and my usual time had been replaced by NHS only. I never realised at the time and walked into the store. I immediately got approached by a staff member shouting at me to get out like some sort of naughty kid. I explained i wasn't aware and asked if i could grab something quickly as i was the only one in there. She immediately seen red and continued to shout me moan about me not following the rules. I left the shop and noticed there wasn't even any signs at the time explaining this and other customers were walking in and getting shouted at. I have vouched never to return after that experience as the customer service is diabolical. Staff should of remained respectful even in the stressful pandemic, i respected the NHS rules and would of happily came back at a different time however the attitude of the lady was disgusting the way she was talking to customers when there wasn't even a sign

Waiting to be served no one on tills except one that was stacking the shelves by the end till she looked at us and said you waiting to be served we said yes she looked at us and said I’m not a mind reader you should of said she was very rude

I recently visited your Ashton in makerfieild food warehouse I had a great experience great staff still wish we had one in st Helens your Ormskirk Street branch I worked there when it was another company that branch started me in my retail career in 1979 so that is a branch I love in St Helens you have Ormskirk Street and Haydock as Iceland the third branch could be the food warehouse at St helens retail Park as its the biggest St helens branch Haydock deserves praise as its my online shop I have to rely on my brother to take me yo food warehouse and he saw Iceland warehouse one day as he drove home from work and shopped there and he recommended it to me

Iceland has Really Upped its Game and I Dorchester Delivery Slots have greatly improved. The Supply of Frozen PLUS Fresh and Cupboard Goods are super and prices are GREAT

Ordered delivery from Iceland in Ashford for the first time and I am very impressed. One item was unavailable but ordered fresh fruit, veg, dairy as well as frozen items. 10-12 slot which turned up at 11.30. All items were well in date with a shelf life of at least 4 days. Recyclable bags on the doorstep when I opened the door the delivery man was polite and asked my surname. I will order again and hope the good service continues.

Iceland are normally good (4 ti 5 *) but when they get it wrong they just cant seem to correct problams .. .. well it started when Iceland messed up an order no big deal .. yes that sometimes happens we'r all only human . they missed out 12 items stating they was derived?? attempted to call them messages says your no 20 in the que ... on hold 10min's and counting ( gave up just after an hour on hold in a Que) multibal e-mails and online contact forms filled in ..no joy i did eventually get in contact by phone each time a called i was told it would be delivered next day ( did not turn up ) 2 calls later and 2 more promise's it will be delivered .. its now been a week still no delivery of missing items and still no refund ... customer services are a joke iv had to put in a clam vir payment protection at my bank

Awful delivery service. Ordered day before, by 1pm received txt it has been despatched. By 9.10pm I received phone call that driver forgot to take my order from depot and it will be delivered following day

Appalling service! Order arrived a day late. Get a knock at the door this evening, open it and there’s the bags of shopping left on the doorstep, with the delivery driver disappearing into the distance. Literally knocked and went! Unloading the shopping, 8 smashed eggs, all other items in bag covered in slimy egg (yuk!) and about £25 worth of items missing. All of my fridge items, no where to be seen. Can’t get through to anyone to advise. NEVER am I ordering from here again. I appreciate the demand is high but we’ve never had problems elsewhere, not to this extent! Shambles, couldn’t organise a p*** up in a brewery!

Order From Sunday cancelled and advised Tuesday Delivery 6am to 8am. Called the store to see what is happening, told they know nothing about it, Called Customer Service to be told i will receive an email to pick a new slot later this week ! Good job i can afford to shop elsewhere while i wait to hear. Ironic thing is sent me an email to say they deliver in all weathers !What a Joke !

Ordered delivery for today,25/11/21,between10/12. Not turned up. No text message to say running late etc. Called local Smethwick store 10x 01215652477 no answer. Called 0800 customer service number and listen to a message saying I am 96 in line. Called again and asked by message to call back in 2 hours as they are busy. Will NEVER use Iceland again.I'm at home isolating and do not have the money to spend on an alternative. Iceland are putting vulnerable people at further risk !!The products are cheap and the customer service is ridiculously poor.Update:Finally got through to customer service after an hour and 40 minutes and they said the store should not have told me that head office were going to call all customers for that store to advise deliveries were not going to be made? Offered me £5 off the next shop which I refused and fwdd an email to say that also. Told me to call the store to see what was going on ! Called Smethwick branch and had good service from Daniel excellent explanation of what went wrong plus an apology.At 7pm that day I get an email saying delivery will not be the next day but I should log in and rebook a delivery. I done this for Thursday for delivery between 10/12. In the meantime I email customer service to share my experience and they then offer £20 on my bonus card which I accept and was told would be available for use the next day. Thursday came shopping arrived 40 minutes after time slot. No update, no text nothing. Driver very apologetic and said he had no idea what happened? Called the customer service number at 9 this morning which opens at 8am to listen to a message to say that Iceland is now closed?Just received an email to say it takes 7 days to receive a credit to my bonus card. I will be using Tesco in the future. Although they charge £5 or £7 delivery the range of products are greater and you will receive your shopping or correspondence and basic customer service.If you live near to the Smethwick branch your shopping with Iceland will come from here. Good luck !!!

Why the need to email customers twice a day every day I want to know what deals you have but not if there's delivery slots available one minute and all the rest of it I feel I'll unsubscribe then have a save 10 pound or something then I'd miss out

This is my 3rd online order from Iceland and I’m very pleased so far. All items were available plus all packed neatly with care according to product type. The delivery man was polite and helpful plus he wore face mask and had on gloves. Keep it up Iceland!
